3 Decades of Work Experience:
- The Proud Author of HR 4287 "The Katrina Rita Hurricane Relief Act of 2005", allowing 50 million short form tax filers (1040A & EZ) tax deduction parity with those who file 1040 Long forms and brings millions to the non profits in the K/R devastation area!
- Assisted in getting HR13 signed by President Bush; providing $1.5 Billion to the Nation's and more than 100 million to California's Libraries & Museums.

Co-Creator with Geoff Chester, Public Affairs Officer at the US Navy Observatory, of
the definition for "a sequence of numbers, which specify a moment in time" i.e. "01-02-03 04-05-06" Spelled S-C-A and pronounced "SKAY" SCA is, "Sequential Chronological Anomaly." This exact SCA will not happen for another 100 years, but the next SCA, 02-03-04 05-06-07, will occur in 13 months!
- Conducted hearings for the Department of Justice (DOJ); the largest set of hearings under the "Americans with Disabilities Act" (see any AAA Tour Book in US/Can).
- State Library Commissioner representing the 8,000 Public, School, Academic, and Special libraries throughout the State.
- 2004 "Member of the Year" Nominee of CA Assoc. of Library Trustees and Commissions (CALTAC.)
- 2004: Knowing of my lobbying work on Federal Library Legislation and on the creation of the Lib Curriculum & Internship Program, Twenty one Congressmembers and California's two Senators personally signed a letter of recommendation, something they had never done before, nominating me for the highest award in CA Libraries, "The President's Award", California Library Association.
- Municipal Court Mediator and Trainer.
- Assisted in getting 5,000 textbooks to our public libraries and funding for: "We the People", a Congressionally funded program which teaches Junior High and High School Students civics education.
- Started Chatsworth Neighborhood council, was elected President of the Northridge Neighborhood Council. Kept a spotlight on issues important to our neighborhoods, including the Northridge Public Pool which just had it's ground breaking for a new state of the art facility.

Candidates. Encouraging, all the Dem candidates & Pres. Bush to pay greater attention to the issues & benefits of small business.
- Listed in the Congressional Record for a project at Cedars Sinai Hospital at age 14, Youngest Member of the National Kidney Foundation Board.
- Assisted Bobby Kennedy in his run for President.
- While at UCLA: Helped Lobby Congress for the National Education Assoc., NEA) for our Cabinet level Dept. of Education.
Conclusion
You can see more than 30 years of experience and you can expect that I will tenaciously continue to work with all, in the best interest of the residents of the 38th. There is a World of Difference between me and the other candidates: A World of difference in Experience, Integrity, Commitment, and Passion.
